Announcement of the final Price the initial public offering of Arabian Internet and Communications Services Company (solutions by stc)

HSBC Saudi Arabia in its capacity as Lead Manager, Financial Advisor, Book-runner, and Underwriter on the potential initial public offering of Arabian Internet and Communications Services Company (“solutions by stc” or the “Company”) announces on behalf of the Company the successful completion of the book-building process for the Participating Parties tranche and the setting of the final offer price at SAR (151) per share with a coverage ratio of (13,003%) of the total offer shares.

The Individual Investors tranche subscription process will commence on Sunday, 19/09/2021G and ends on Tuesday, 21/09/2021G. A maximum (2,400,000) Offer Shares, representing 10% of the total Offer Shares, will be allocated to Individual Investors.
